ZOOM IN CRASHES GAME

When there is lots ships and if you zoom in up close to 1, game crashes.
I changed minimum zoom in and sims to be fine wont crash anymore for me but lots people still complain about crashes.

Do you guys now why this happening and how to fix that ?

Possibly this is happening because the game is reaching its 2 GB memory limit when being forced to render such a detailed foreground along with so many other items in the background...have you verified the memory load at the time this occurs?

Well, maibe yes and no. Propabli more No than yes.
The limit is 2.44 Gb GPU memory more or less the game is tested to fit into that limit.
Reaching or going above that limit will did not cause crash, it will be only looking veird (tested).
In remastered engine there is no LOD optimization as we remember. The details and textures are same in all situations from far distance or close look.
The asset is loaded during level loading and it did not change in game over time.
I hear about this problem first time and it does not look like typical issue.

Do you have Save file ? So we can replicate/verifi that problem ?

Hey i don't have save file unfortunately and i already changed minimum zoom in from 20 to 3000 in my addon and don't crash anymore for me. I'm gonna ask people who have crashes to give me that save and i will post it here. Thx 4 helping Smile
