Team Complex Ltd is expanding the Era One team, https://www.eraone.co.uk, and is looking for an experienced Graphic Programmer / Technical Artist.
Responsibilities:
-Development and implementation of custom shaders and visual effects (VFX) using Unity's High Definition Render Pipeline (HDRP), balancing artistic vision with specific hardware constraints.
-Creation and optimization of graphic elements such as shaders, VFX, and meshes to ensure optimal performance without compromising on visual quality.
-Performance profiling and identification of issues related to the rendering pipeline.
-Managing the processes of creating and importing 2D assets such as textures or sprite sheets into Unity.
-Development of solutions using both C# scripting and shader code to implement graphical and visual effects features.
Requirements:
-Previous experience with graphics programming in Unity projects
In-depth knowledge of Unity and the Scriptable Render Pipeline and its implementations (HDRP or custom ones).
-Professional proficiency in writing shader code for VFX and other features
Competency in the C# programming language for graphics scripting.
-Familiarity with Unity's Shader Graph
Proficiency with 3D modeling and texturing software.
-Knowledge of image formats and 2D asset creation using industry standard software.
-Communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
-Good spoken and written English
Extra
-Competence in using real-time simulation tools like Houdini or Embergen.
-Knowledge of Adobe After Effects
-Familiarity with Adobe Substance 3D Designer.
