I am running version 12.1 public release. I have never run into this issue since the old legacy Complex series. A large group of fighters got stuck and refuse to move, they were all spinning around and around. It was really a bad feeling bringing back bad memories when I saw that. Attached is the log file that I capture when it was happening, not sure if that'd help.

Oni, screen probably won't help much. I'll try to take a video next time. But I'm sure you've seen this problem before, I've seen it many times in Complex 8 and 9. But never in Complex 10, 11, until now.

Which fighters? And lvl of speed upgrades? Also you were inside a grav well or maybe after an explosion of big ships?

Beghins, I was playing Hiigaran, it was early in the game, speed lvl was probably 4 (I upgrade ship speed before most other upgrades). I don't think I was in gravity well, there were no big ships yet, only frigates. That's what surprise me the most, it was early in the game when a group of them in the same area were all stuck and spinning.

By the way, I'm only reporting these things because I think you might want to know about any defects. I'm not complaining.

Yes I need to know any defects, absolutely, and thank you!
So fighters and corvettes have a subsystem (hidden) that disables the speed and the speed rotation if set to 0. When something around explodes this subsystem is set to 0, this means, no engine reaction, so the fighter/corvette spin.
Then the subsystem, at a constant rate, regenerate itself until 1, so engines at max.
If you had this issue, something happened near the fighters, and the fighter didn't regenerated the subsystem, was it a saved game?

Nope it wasn't a saved game, fresh new game, maybe 30 minutes into it. I quit the game without saving it when the anomaly occurred.

OK, remember to save the game if this happens again, it-s a bug, I hope rare, so we have to fix it! Thanks
